Speedy is the best repair service that I have found during the 40-years I’ve lived in Milpitas. Their technician Igor was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with technical explanations. Response time for an inspection was same day - twice! Parts/kits were obtained in less than a day- twice. And repairs were conducted quickly without any mess.I strongly recommend this service provider.

Speedy Appliance Repair the overall experience was very disappointing as the service was not as fast as the name suggests. The technician arrived late and communication was unclear throughout the process. The repair was not properly completed on the first visit and the same issue reappeared shortly after. Overall, the service felt unreliable and below expectations.

The locksmith service I contacted did not meet my expectations. While the issue was eventually handled, the communication throughout the process was poor. I was left waiting without clear information about timing or cost. The overall experience felt unprofessional.
Locksmith service was called for a door lock issue, but the technician arrived later than expected. Although the problem was fixed, the process lacked professionalism and clear communication.

Igor came quickly, fixed my oven and checked a previously forgotten problem with the stove. Did not try to just do the stove fix as it doesn't need it yet. Efficient, reasonable and honest are all the things you hope an appliance repair person will be.

I called Speedy Appliances and talked with Igor about my GE Profile washer. I had already talked with the GE customer service and found the part that needed replaced. GE stated I could YouTube the process and fix it myself but it was more than what I wanted to try. Igor said they could come out the same day, which he did and repaired my washer in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend Speedy Appliances. I will be calling on their services again in the future.
Igor is very professional nice guy. He helped me check the washer which originally had no spin function but it was working when he tested it. Then I asked him to check my dryer because it was making very loud noise. He told me that rotor was damaged. So he replaced it with a new one and cleaned it while fixing it. Very quick service , checked and fixed everything within 30 minutes.

Igor was our specialist and he not only fix our oven he fixed an installation problem. Our oven wasn't installed properly in the first place. I mentioned this to Igor when he was doing the repairs and thought he might give it a try. Once the repairs were done. He proved to me that it was repaired by running it through a number of cycles. Everything worked as it should. Then he proceeded to reinstall the oven and bypass the original issue we had with it not installing correctly. Because of his strength and commitment, we now have an oven that is finally installed correctly as well as working the way it should.
